Class Set Statics

Making the basics of statics understandable at primary school level!

How can a house survive a storm undamaged and why doesn't a crane fall over? The designers of tomorrow will investigate these and many other questions. They explore the stability and strength of technical structures and discover the relationships between load-bearing capacity and the connection of building elements. Eight exciting models in combination with the accompanying didactic material convey the topic of statics using bridges, cranes and truss constructions.
